This website does not store or capture personal information unless you choose to join Club NED, use Club NED as a recruiter, or opt in to our newsletter.

The data we collect from clients wishing to recruit non-executive directors includes: your name, your telephone number, your email address, the name of your organisation, and the role you are recruiting for.

The personal data we collect from members via our website is for membership and recruitment purposes and includes: your name, email address, telephone number, jurisdiction where you live, career details, and the name of your proposer. In addition, if you choose to submit your CV via the website, or by email to Club NED, we will also be party to all the information contained in that document.

Club NED will collect, store and process personal data fairly to help in the recruitment process in the following ways:

• Assess your data to match against vacancies that we judge may be suitable for you.
• To send your information to clients in order to apply for jobs or to assess your eligibility for jobs.
• Ensure that individuals can exercise rights under the Data Protection Law including the right to request access to the information held on that individual.
• To market our full range of recruitment services and information, which we feel, may be of interest to you. You may opt out of our newsletter by following the instructions on the correspondence.
• To third parties where we have retained them to provide services that you or our client have requested such as reference, qualifications, and criminal record checking services, verification of the details you have provided from third party sources, skill tests or psychometric evaluation.
• To regulatory or law enforcement agencies if we believe in good faith that we are required by law to disclose it in connection with the detection of crime, the collection of taxes or duties, in order to comply with any applicable law or order of a court of competent jurisdiction, or in connection with legal proceedings.

Sometimes your data, if you register with us, may be disclosed to client employers outside of the European Economic Area, which may happen if for example you apply for a position where the employer is based outside the European Economic Area.
